Delivery

We ship orders across Ukraine with Nova Poshta – to branches and parcel lockers.

Dispatch time: usually 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.

Delivery cost is calculated at Nova Poshta rates and depends on the city, weight and size of the parcel.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (TTN). The order status and tracking number are also shown in your account.

Payment

Cash on delivery: pay at the branch in cash or by card. The Nova Poshta money transfer fee is paid by the recipient.
