Exchange and returns

You can exchange or return an item within 14 days of receiving it, unless it is on the list of goods that cannot be exchanged or returned under Ukrainian law.

We accept an item for exchange or return if:

• it has not been used and shows no signs of wear;
• its original condition, packaging, tags and labels are intact;
• you have a document confirming the purchase.

To arrange an exchange or return, contact us via Contacts and include your order number.

Once we receive the item, we will check its condition. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless another method is agreed separately.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. If the return is due to our mistake, a manufacturing defect or the wrong item being sent, we cover the shipping.
