This document is a public offer to conclude a contract for the sale of goods through the Grandfurs online store.

By placing an order on the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accept the terms of this Public Offer.

1. General provisions

1.1. The Seller offers the Buyer the goods presented on the Grandfurs online store website on the terms of this Public Offer.

1.2. Information about a product, its characteristics, sizes, price and availability is shown on the page of that product.

1.3. Placing an order on the website constitutes acceptance of the terms of this Public Offer.

1.4. The contract is concluded in electronic form in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

2. Placing an order

2.1. The Buyer chooses goods and places an order on the website independently.

2.2. When placing an order, the Buyer provides the data required to process and deliver it.

2.3. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details and recipient details they provide.

2.4. After placing an order, the Buyer receives confirmation that it has been accepted.

2.5. If an ordered item is unavailable or cannot be shipped, the Seller informs the Buyer. If the item has been paid for, the amount paid is refunded to the Buyer.

3. Price and payment

3.1. The current price of a product is shown on the website at the time the order is placed.

3.2. The Buyer may pay for the order using any of the methods available on the website at checkout.

3.3. Payment may be made online or on delivery, if the respective method is available for the particular order.

3.4. The Seller provides the Buyer with a document confirming payment in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

4. Delivery

4.1. Orders are delivered within Ukraine by Nova Poshta to a branch or parcel locker.

4.2. The delivery cost is determined by the carrier’s rates unless otherwise stated at checkout.

4.3. Estimated delivery times and other terms are given on the Delivery and payment page.

4.4. Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the Buyer receives a tracking number (TTN).

5. Exchange and returns

5.1. The Buyer has the right to exchange or return goods in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

5.2. Goods of proper quality may be exchanged or returned within 14 days if they have not been used and their original condition, consumer properties, labels and other conditions required by law are preserved.

5.3. Goods that cannot be exchanged or returned under the laws of Ukraine cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases provided for by law.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

6.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver to the Buyer goods that match the order placed, or to inform the Buyer that the order cannot be fulfilled.

6.2. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate data required to fulfil the order and to pay for the goods and delivery costs in accordance with the chosen terms.

6.3. The Buyer has the right to receive information about the goods, the order, payment and delivery.

7. Personal data

7.1. By placing an order, the Buyer provides the Seller with the personal data required to place, pay for, deliver and service the order.

7.2. Personal data is processed and protected in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and the Privacy policy published on the website.

8. Liability

8.1. The parties are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and the terms of this Public Offer.

8.2. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier or by other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, to the extent permitted by the laws of Ukraine.

9. Changes to the offer

9.1. The Seller has the right to change the terms of this Public Offer.

9.2. A new version takes effect when it is published on the website, unless the version itself states otherwise.

9.3. An order is governed by the version of the Public Offer in force at the time the order was placed.
